You've now left university and got your first real job with a great company. Or you are returning to the work place after a period of absence. Your clothes will say a lot about you. Getting it right is very important.  Skinny jeans, converse trainers, baggy jumpers, midi tops now set a side for the weekend. Now its time to face the world as a business professional.

As you look into your wardrobe, panic strikes across your face. The contents do not resemble office wear. Then your eyes are drawn to the your reflection in the mirror. Yikes, time for a trip to the hairdresser.   A good haircut is just as important as what you put on your body.

Cant forget the make-up. Lashing of thick foundation and eyeshadow should be left for a night out.  Fresh looking face with a hint of make is very important as your outfit. A recent survey by carried out by beauty site www.escentual.com, more than two thirds of British bosses said they would be less likely to employ a female applicant if she didn't wear makeup to the interview

Further survey results show that 66.4 per cent of women said they would feel less confident if they were at an important meeting without their makeup on, and a staggering 99 per cent said they would definitely wear makeup to a job interview.

My sister Julie surprised me yesterday with a brand new hair cut.  In fact she had chopped it all off and left about an inch.  She is the inspiration for this blog.
